Equipped with integrated live tooling (C/Y-axis) and sub-spindle synchronization, the SLT performs complex milling, cross-drilling, and contouring in a single chucking. Its direct-drive main spindle (4,500 RPM, 180 Nm torque) and 10-station servo turret enable seamless transitions between high-speed finishing (Ra 0.4μm) and ultra-heavy roughing. IoT-ready sensors monitor thermal drift, tool wear, and vibration, enabling predictive maintenance and adaptive machining.
