    1. Overview

    The M7126 machining center features X, Y, and Z three-axis control and a servo-driven spindle. Equipped with a 12-tool magazine, it enables multi-process machining (drilling, milling, boring, reaming, tapping, etc.) for complex parts such as discs, plates, housings,cams, and molds in a single setup. The three-axis linear guide structure ensures high precision and is suitable for both single-piece and batch production across industries. Program-controlled machining shortens production cycles, delivering significant economic benefits.

    2. Machine Functions and Features

    2.1 Machine Features

       Equipped with a 12-station tool magazine

       Tool changing is accurate and reliable

    sand castings, stress-relieved through double aging treatment for enhanced stability and  rigidity. Optimized via SolidWorks and ANSYS for vibration and deformation resistance.

    2.2 Drive System

    ●   X/Y/Z Axes: Linear guides with centralized lubrication to reduce friction and improve longevity.

    ●   Ball Screws: C3-grade double-nut preloaded ball screws (Taiwan-made), supported by P4-class 60° contact angle bearings. Pre-tensioned structure minimizes thermal

    deformation.

    ●   Z-Axis Safety: Servo motor with automatic brake for power-off protection.

     

    2.3 Spindle Unit

    ●   High-speed, high-precision spindle with P4-class bearings and KLUBR NBU15 grease lubrication. Balanced and tested under constant temperature conditions for reliability.

    ●   Spindle speed: 6,000 rpm (programmable), supporting orientation and rigid tapping.

    2.4 Tool Magazine

       12-tool automatic magazine with <5-8 sec tool change time. Tested for 1 million cycles.

    2.5 Cooling System

    ●   High-flow coolant pump (2.5 m³/h, 250W) with switchable air/water cooling. Includes cleaning air gun.

    2.6 Pneumatic System

    ●   Filtered air supply (0.5-0.7 MPa) with solenoid valves controlled by PLC for tool clamping, spindle cooling, and blow-off.

    2.7 Protection & Lubrication

    ●   Fully enclosed guards for chip/coolant containment.

       Centralized auto-lubrication for guides and screws.
