    Exceptional Compact 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center

    The V5-180 CNC 5-Axis Simultaneous Machining Center boasts an attractive appearance and a compact structure, featuring high precision and strong practicality. All transmission components of the machine are of genuine Taiwan, China origin. The CNC system is developed based on the industry-leading LINUX control platform, equipped with reliable 5-axis simultaneous (RTCP) machining function and bevel machining function. 

    Product Feature

    It enables 5-axis simultaneous machining of complex spatial curved surfaces and completion of multiple processes (such as milling, drilling, and reaming) on multiple spatial surfaces after a single clamping (at any position on the worktable). This machine is suitable for multiple fields including eyewear processing, handicraft processing, and high-end 5-axis machining teaching.

    1. The machine adopts a bullhead moving column layout, ensuring excellent rigidity. The contact surface between the column and the machine base undergoes 100% manual scraping and lapping, resulting in high precision and outstanding stability.

    2. All motor bases, nut bases, and other mounting surfaces of the machine undergo 100% manual scraping and lapping, which ensures long-term precision retention and reliable stability.

    3. The machine is equipped with a precision high-speed spindle, paired with an industrial cooling system to maintain a constant temperature at all times.

    4. All axes (including tool magazine drivers and motors) adopt servo drives, servo motors, torque motors, and absolute encoders, contributing to high-speed and high-precision control performance.

    5.The machine’s linear guides are high-precision linear guides and ball screws produced by well-known Taiwan, China-based brands HIWIN and PMI, ensuring stable machine operation and excellent precision retention.

    6. The spindle is rigidly fixed at three points by two sets of cylindrical roller bearings and one set of radial-thrust bearing.

    7. The worktable surface undergoes carburizing treatment, maintaining high rigidity at all times.

    8.It comes standard with a 9-station servo tool magazine, with a tool change speed of 1.8 seconds between adjacent stations, effectively enhancing the overall machining efficiency of the machine.
