This machine tool is capable of processing various complex parts such as disk-shaped, plate-shaped, shell, cam, and mold parts. It can complete multiple processes including drilling, milling, boring, reaming, counterboring, and tapping in a single clamping, featuring high precision, excellent surface finish, and fast processing speed.

VMC1160-4 Vertical Machining Center is a mainstream model in the market. As a high-quality product equipped with a fourth axis, it is designed and manufactured to meet market and development needs. Drawing on our factory's years of experience in designing vertical machining centers, the product has undergone in-depth upgrades and optimizations.
- Maximum Travel: The maximum travel of the X-axis is 1100mm, the Y-axis 600mm, the Z-axis 600mm, and the fourth axis 250mm.
- Guideway Configuration: All guideways adopt roller linear guideways for load-bearing, which deliver high rigidity, low friction, and low noise.
- Axis Rigidity: The X and Z axes are each equipped with 6 sliding blocks, ensuring high rigidity. This enables heavy cutting operations and provides excellent vibration absorption performance.
- Structural Stability: Ample installation space is reserved for fixtures. The column has a span of 1200mm, and the m-shaped reinforcing rib structure further enhances the stability of the machine base.
- Comprehensive Upgrade: Combined with the newly designed main machine structure and exquisite assembly technology, the machine tool has achieved a comprehensive performance upgrade.
- Material Selection: Key components such as the base, column, worktable, and slide carriage are all made of resin sand castings.
