1.Universal Swivel Head Milling Machine
This versatile milling machine features a uniquely designed dual-axis swiveling headstock (typically ±45° horizontal and ±90° vertical), enabling multi-angle machining without repositioning the workpiece. Combined with a robust longitudinal/cross feed table and powerful spindle drive (up to 50HP), it achieves complex contour milling, helical operations, and 3D surface machining with ±0.02mm precision. Standard configurations include ISO 40/50 taper spindles, digital readouts, and coolant flood systems.
2.Universal Knee-Type Milling Machine
Featuring a vertically adjustable knee and 360° swiveling table, this general-purpose mill enables angled drilling, slotting, and gear cutting. The dovetail knee column provides Z-axis movement, while the table offers X/Y-axis travels (typically 800x300mm).
