    Equipped with a linear guide high-efficiency gantry structure, it inherits the consistent high-rigidity structure and excellent geometric precision design of Taiwanese technology, creating an all-round high-efficiency and high-precision cutting five-face machining center.

    The overall machinery adopts a high-rigidity design simulated by finite element analysis technology. The structure is cast with HT300 material and undergoes secondary annealing treatment to completely eliminate casting stress and internal stress generated by rough machining, ensuring structural rigidity and stability, and guaranteeing long-term non-deformation under the heavy-load cutting of the machine tool.

    Key parts undergo precision scraping, inheriting the standards of advanced German and Japanese machine tool factories, so that all joint surfaces and sliding surfaces of the machine can achieve correct geometric accuracy, ensuring the machine's proper precision and service life.

    A complete quality inspection and testing process is adopted, matched with advanced precision testing instruments such as automatic optical collimators, laser interferometers, ball bar detectors, and online dynamic balancers, as well as a 72-hour running-in test before leaving the factory, to ensure that the machines leaving the factory can achieve the designed performance and intended functions.
